At your initial assessment appointment, it is important to bring your current medications or prescription list. You will be asked about your medical history.

If you are attending a biomechanical assessment please wear appropriate clothing, such as shorts, so that your legs are revealed. Also bring your usual footwear, work footwear and sports footwear if relevant.
